The top hat is a polyethylene padded curvature, designed to wrap comfortably around the lower thigh. In addition it features an airmesh constructed foam filled knee bolster, airmesh design foam filled padded shin bolster with fibre shield at the back, and fixed layer polyethylene protected back, plastazote padded knee.
